This course provides a framework to distinguish what constitutes a qualifying incident and the process for recording and reporting. Guidelines align with state policies and procedures for all contracted, licensed , certified, supervised, or financially supported by the Arizona Department of Economic Security division of Developmental Disabilities (DES/DDD).
Course content includes:
- Definition of regular and serious incident reports;
- Understanding various types of documentation; and
- DDD guidelines for completing and submitting incident documentation.
2 hour class / $30
