Terms and Conditions:
Written confirmation of class enrollment and payment will be sent to each participant via email 48 business hours prior to scheduled class.
Out of respect for the instructor and fellow attendees, class enrollees are encouraged to arrive no less than 5 minutes prior to the start of class. Late arrivals will be turned away and forfeit the full cost of the class.
In the event of an unplanned emergency, class enrollees may request to be rescheduled for another class up to 45 days from the originally scheduled class date without incurring additional charges or penalty fees. Rescheduling of the cancelled class is the responsibility of the individual.
All requests to reschedule or cancel must be received in writing to Olivete@dec-az.com to be eligible for a refund according to the previous notation. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone call.
A cancellation fee of $10 per applicant is applied for any requests received prior to 48 business hours of the scheduled class. No refunds are provided after the 48 hour cancellation window.
Agency/Business representatives will be notified via email following the scheduled class of their employee's attendance.
A printed certificate of course completion is provided at the conclusion of each class.
